At a local lake i caught my limit on Bluegill and towards the end i caught a very nice 33 3/4 inch northern pike tipping the scales at 11 lbs.

It seemed after a long days work that fishing would be a good idea and maybe even relaxing.
It was so relaxing that i almost fell out of the boat....zzz.
I went fishing for Pike and bass...but struck out.
I used a wide variety of lures from spinners to crank baits.
Towards Dusk I ended up catching two pan fish. The bigger of the two was an 11 inch crappie. I caught this fish while jigging off the bottom...and to all you funny people(you know who you are) no i was not dancing a 'jig' in the water- har har
These fish are sure nice looking and a fun catch.

Tuesday Evening on the River
Laura & Julia had some fun pulling in some northern pike tonight. This one is a 29 incher! Laura also had a 35 inch or bigger up to the side of the boat but it got off.

Snapping Turtle Fishing
Some times a fishing line aint just for pulling in Fish.
Heres a 15 pound snapper that I pulled in early this morning.
Chicken gizards work well for bait but ive also found fish heads even work.
Keep those fingers clear of that head and claws

Aaron's Monster Fish
July 4th 2010. Aaron caught three great fish in three great casts. First cast a whopping 28" northern, second cast a monster of a trophy, 20 1/2" largemouth weighing in at 4lbs 11oz. And the third was a 27" northern. Three great casts!!!
